Check metrics on a schedule, not on impulse. Weekly Friday 30-min review. Outside that window, don't open the dashboard. The data didn't change in 4 hours, but your stress level did. The anxiety isn't pointing at a real problem you can fix today; it's pointing at scarcity of progress signals which is just the nature of pre-PMF.
