PH is now a closed game — 80% of upvotes come in the first 4 hours from people you DM directly. Without a pre-built list of 50+ people who will vote, you'll stall. If you don't have that list, skip PH. Show HN, Reddit r/SideProject, and Twitter via build-in-public are more honest channels for small audiences.
