Price is a signal. $5 SaaS reads as "hobby project, will disappear". $19-29 reads as "actual product". For B2B tools, $49 minimum. Test by 3-4x your current price for new signups; existing customers grandfather in. If conversion stays flat, you were leaving money on the table. If it tanks, ratchet down — but most indie devs are too low, not too high.
