Help me analyze my competitive landscape before I start building. I will name 3 direct competitors. For each one, I need a structured breakdown. My product idea: [DESCRIBE YOUR PRODUCT IN 2 SENTENCES] Competitors to analyze: 1. [COMPETITOR 1 NAME + URL] 2. [COMPETITOR 2 NAME + URL] 3. [COMPETITOR 3 NAME + URL] For each competitor, provide: A. WHAT THEY DO WELL: 3 specific things this product genuinely does well. Be concrete — not "good UX" but "onboarding completes in under 60 seconds with no credit card required." B. WHERE THEY CONSISTENTLY FAIL: Based on public user reviews (G2, Trustpilot, Reddit, App Store, Product Hunt comments), what do users repeatedly complain about? List 3 specific, recurring complaints. These are the gaps. C. WHO THEY ARE OPTIMIZED FOR: Describe the exact user type this product is built for. Not a demographic — a specific person with a specific workflow. D. WHAT THEY IGNORE: What user type or use case does this competitor consistently ignore or handle poorly? After analyzing all 3, output: GAP ANALYSIS: A list of 3-5 specific gaps that appear across multiple competitors — problems that are underserved across the entire market, not just one player. DIFFERENTIATION STATEMENT: One sentence in this format: "Unlike [Competitor A] and [Competitor B], [MY PRODUCT] is the only [category] that [specific differentiator] for [specific user]." Make it falsifiable and specific — if it could describe any product, rewrite it until it couldn't.
